2. We Women Engineers

An online program for first-year women engineering students

Women Engineers (WE), a 24-month immersive and LIVE online learning experiential program offered by TalentSprint and supported by Google, selects, trains, and nurtures deserving first-year women engineering students to become world-class software engineers. A 100% scholarship that covers the complete program fee along with a rewarding cash scholarship is offered to the selected participants.

You can apply for this if :

  1. you are a woman student currently in the first year of B. Tech. / B. E.

  2. Specializing in IT / CSE / ECE / EEE / Maths / Applied Maths or equivalent.

Scored over 70% in both X and XII

3. Women Techmakers

Google’s Women Techmakers program provides visibility, community, and resources for women in technology. You can become a member or ambassador of the program and benefit from it.

There are various initiatives taken by this program like black women in tech, hackathons etc.

4. Rails Girls Summer of Code

Rails Girls Summer of Code is a global fellowship program for women and non-binary coders. Students receive a three-month scholarship to work on existing Open Source projects and expand their skill set.

It welcomes all women and non-binary applicants who want to gain a footing in the world of coding and further expand their knowledge and skills. The focus is on advanced beginners who want to enter programming full-time.

As a fellowship program, successful applicants are paid a monthly stipend, from July to September. This breaks down all-too-common financial barriers, allowing students to work on a worthwhile Open Source project.
